On behalf of my colleagues and fellow Board members, I welcome you to the website of Iskan Oman Investment Company SAOC (Iskan Oman).

Iskan Oman is conceived with a long term investment view to contribute to the growth and share the prosperity of the Sultanate’s economy. The decision to invest in the Sultanate of Oman was taken after a detailed study conducted by a leading consultancy firm across the GCC region. Based on the recommendation of the study, Iskan Finance Company and The Public Institution for Social Security (Kuwait) decided to start with Oman as the first regional expansion.

This is on account of the stability of the country and sound regulations that govern foreign investments. We are present in Oman to participate in the development of the economy and share our knowledge in long term projects through partnership with the Government in Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) projects.

Iskan Oman’s vision is to emerge as a “One stop solution and preferred investment firm” in terms of conduct and return. Real Estate will be one of our focus areas and we are determined to ensure that Iskan Oman soon emerges as a major world class investment company not only in the Sultanate of Oman but also in the entire Gulf Region.

We are confident to achieve shareholder satisfaction through a commitment to total quality through prudent use of capital and sound management skills. We will harness the opportunities offered by new technology and act as a responsible corporate citizen.
